FAQ

Security Deposit
  • We require a 25% deposit to book your invoice, we ask for your final invoice adjustments and the remainder to be paid 1 month before the event.
  • We recommend booking the highest numbers you think you will need. You are always welcome to remove items as we go however, there may not be additional items available after you book. 
  • If you are booking for your event less than 1 month in advance, we require the full payment upon booking
Drop off/ Pick up
  • Our delivery fee is calculated by the distance driven and amount of items. This fee covers both drop off and pickup.
Item Care
  • Our dish rentals do not need to be washed, if they could be scraped & put in their containers and glasses emptied.
  • Linens, napkins and table runners do not need to be cleaned but we ask if you can shake off any garbage before putting them back into the tote. No need to be folded again. 
  • We ask that the edison lights be unscrewed and put back in their boxes to reduse breakage.
  • If you’re using real candles on the table, we ask that they be on top of something like a wood round or in a container etc. to catch any melted wax. It is difficult and time consuming to get wax out of the tables.
General Info
  • All the cedar tables are roughly the same height and width so they can be mixed and matched 
  • We recommend ordering at least 25% buffer for your plates as most catering companies require in guests to bring up a new plate for seconds
  • Keg bar includes two taps, full co2 tank & regulators
  • Our dance floor is 16ftx16ft with an addition of 3 inch edge pieces on perimeter of the floor
